4. Purpose of processing personal data

FINCIS’s website features a notification and reporting channel (ILMO) where you can anonymously or with your own name report suspected anti-doping rule violations, manipulation of sports competitions or spectator safety violations. These denunciations are registered for possible investigations. At the same time, the reporter’s information will be registered if it has been provided.

• name of the person submitting the report and the name of the suspected person
• date of birth or personal identity code of the person submitting the report
• sports in which the violation is suspected
• violation class (doping, manipulation of sports competitions, spectator safety)
• content of hint information

• Hints or notifications received through ILMO.

7. Regular disclosure of data

The data is not regularly disclosed.

8. Transfer of data outside the European Union or European Economic Area

The data will not be disclosed to a party outside the European Union or European Economic Area.

9. Principles of register security

Manual material pertaining to the register is stored in protected premises.

Electronic data of the register is stored in premises with 24/7 supervision. Access to data has been protected with encryption methods, access codes and a password and best data privacy practices are complied with in maintaining these.
